1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order (Vietnam orders) or within 14 days for international orders.

Please note:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as socks, undergarments, or accessories may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items not purchased directly from proprintingny.com.
  • Products without proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with shipping instructions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • If approved, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  • For defective or incorrect items, proprintingnywill cover the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please indicate this in your return request.

Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the original item.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item. We will prioritize resolving the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

8. International Orders

  • For international returns, customs duties and import taxes paid are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper documentation when shipping returns internationally.
