We provide both domestic (Vietnam) and international shipping:

    • Express Delivery (available in select cities: Ha noi, Haip hong, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, and Can Tho): 1–2 business days.
  • International Orders:
    • Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination).
    • Express Delivery: 3–7 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, order weight, and shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $200 and international orders over $250.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • We currently ship worldwide. However, delivery may be restricted in regions affected by political, logistical, or carrier limitations.
  • P.O. Boxes or military addresses may not be eligible for certain shipping options.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
